It's been a crazy, hectic, time in the Lamplighter London studio, but a very good way! We've had sell out modern calligraphy workshops in some incredible locations, our range of calligraphy products hit the internet, and we've had so many fantastic opportunities to collaborate with wonderful brands the past few months. Utterly mindblown and super grateful!

We're really looking forward to a Christmas break, but at the same time, loving the flurry of excitement that surrounds this time of year. Chiara is a huge fairy light/winter greenery/mulled wine/Christmas carol fan, so we're in full festive swing at the studio, and Holly makes the most incredible mince pies so you can see a match made right there.

Amongst the busy day time studio, last Wednesday we exhibited at the exciting opening night of the Makers Market in East Village E20. We're not usally market traders, so it was a new experience for us, but when we were asked by the curators Get Living London + Earl of East London to get involved, we knew we wanted to be a part of it! We joined other local makers to show some of our new stationery wares, including our Essential and Luxury Calligraphy kits, hand mixed neon inks & brand new tote bags. If you didn't make it down shop the products here, we're only stocking until Christmas - when they're gone, they're gone!

Find us back at the market on Saturday 12th December, with all our goodies and Christmas special offers. We will also be running a fun drop-in workshop where you can make your own Christmas cards with calligraphy stamps designed by Lamplighter London, on our favourite luxury paper with lovely grey envelopes. We’ll be doing personalised gift tags and envelopes too so don't miss out!
