Delivery

All of the items sent from the studio are packaged in biodegradeable materials, and include no plastic, in my efforts to minimise wastage.
From the dissolving padding peanuts (try melting a bunch in your hands under a running tap for ultimate satisfaction), to the cardboard tubes and hand stamped stickers, it is all recyclable, so please do recycle - or reuse - the packaging.

Items are shipped from the studio within 7 working days from order. (this does not apply to bespoke commissions which can take up to a month).
UK & Europe orders will ship via Royal Mail please allow up to 5 days for delivery from dispatch; international orders via DHL, please allow up to 10+ days for delivery.

if your order is needed urgently, If you have a question regarding an item, or any special requests please send me an email to discuss, and i will do my absolute best to accommodate your request.

Returns

Items are made to order, please make sure you have chosen the correct size and item as refunds and exchanges are not possible at this time.

Privacy

I respect your privacy and will never share your details with any third party companies. Your personal information is not collected if you only browse this website.
Your personal information will be collected: A) directly from you B) when you place an order via the website or set up a customer account C) when you contact me via email.

If you choose not to provide me with personal information, I may not be able to provide the goods or service you require.

Online payments are handled securely by Squarespace, we do not store your billing details.
